Pat has practiced law in the Baton
Rouge area since 1981 and has
maintained a successful law practice,
representating lenders, real estate
agents, sellers, borrowers, builders and
developers in real estate settlement
and related matters. He received a B.S.
from McNeese State University in 1976
and received his Juris Doctor in 1980
from the LSU Law Center. He first
obtained a real estate agent's license
from the Louisiana Real Estate
Commission in 1971 and a broker's
license in 1979.

He is a member of many professional
organizations, such as the Baton Rouge
Bar Association, Louisiana State Bar
Association, Louisiana Land Title
Association, American Land Title
Association. He is an Affiliate Member
of the Greater Baton Rouge Association
of Realtors and Capital Region Builders
Association. Pat is a founding member
of Baton Rouge Independent Title
Attorneys, serving as the President for
2006 through 2007. He is a licensed title
insurance agent with the State of
Louisiana, Department of Insurance.
And he is a Certified Instructor for the
Louisiana Real Estate Commission. Pat
has been a guest lecturer at several
first time homebuyer's seminars, as
well as for the Greater Baton Rouge
Association of Realtors, and has been
an instructor for National Business
Institute's continuing education courses
for attorneys. Pat was recognized as
the Affiliate of the Year by the Greater
Baton Rouge Association of Realtors for
1998.

Pat is active in Boy Scouts of
America, from Den leader, Cub
Master, Asst. Scout Master,
Committee Member and advisor
with the Native American Dance
Team of the Order of the Arrow.
He has served on the board of the
Manship YMCA.
Russell Mosely graduated from Louisiana State
University in 1998, where he obtained a
Bachelor of Science in General Business and a
minor in Economics. During college, he served
as Student Body Vice President and was selected
for membership in Omicron Delta Kappa (ODK),
an honorary leadership society.

Russell earned a Juris Doctorate from the LSU
Paul M. Hebert Law School in 2002. Following law
school, he served as a law clerk for United
States District Judge Frank J. Polozola. In 2003,
he joined the law firm of Taylor, Porter, Brooks
& Phillips, L.L.P., where he practiced law until
2006. He joined Preferred Title Company in July
of 2006.

He is actively involved in the Baton Rouge
Community. He currently serves as a member of
the Board of Supervisors for the University of
Louisiana System, as a Board Member of the
Baton Rouge Food Bank, and as a volunteer for
Alzheimer's Services of the Capital Area. He is a
member of the Baton Rouge Area Chamber. Mr.
Mosely has given his time to Volunteers in Public
Schools (VIPS) by reading to elementary school
children and has donated many hours as
pro-bono indigent defense counsel in Baton
Rouge City Court. Russell also serves as a
member of the Louisiana Association of Business
and Industry (LABI) Healthcare Task Force.

Russell lives and practices law in Baton Rouge.
He is a member of the Louisiana State Bar
Association, the Baton Rouge Bar Association
and the Louisiana Land Title Association. He
obtained a real estate salesperson's license
from the Louisiana Real Estate Commission in
1999.


Marie has over 30 years experience in
the real estate settlement business,
having worked with major law firms and
title companies in the Baton Rouge
area. She was commissioned as a
Notary Public for the State of Louisiana
in 1985, and has completed Course I
and II of the American Land Title
Institute. Prior to coming to Preferred
Title in 1998 she worked as an auditor
for a national title insurance
underwriter. She has experience as a
closing secretary, abstractor and title
insurance examiner. She is currently
studying to obtain a title insurance
agent's license from the State of
Louisiana.

Ananda has been on the staff of
Preferred Title since 2004. During her
tenure she has been trained to handle
all aspects of real estate settlements,
and currently is a closing secretary for
Preferred Title. She was commissioned
as a Notary Public for the State of
Louisiana in 2005, and has completed
Course I and Course II of the American
Land Title Institute.

Maggie is our receptionist and assists
the closing secretaries in developing
information for the closing. She has
completed Course I of the American
Land Title Institute. Her helpful and
courteous attitude is often your first
experience with Preferred Title
Company.
Mary handles post closing matters for
Preferred Title Company, which includes
overall file management and archiving
following the closing. She is currently
studying Course I of the American Land
Title Institute.

Debbie is the marketing director for
Preferred Title Company. She holds a
real estate agent's license from the
State of Louisiana. She was
commissioned as a Notary Public for the
State of Louisiana in 1999, and
completed Course I of the American
Land Title Institute. She is an affiliate
member of the Greater Baton Rouge
Association of Realtors and Women's
Council of Realtors. Debbie was named
the Affiliate of the Year by the Women's
Council of Realtors for 2002.
